Environmental

In 2024, Sunova reduced Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 21% overall and 52% per MW produced through energy management upgrades. Total waste emissions dropped 21%, and purchased electricity intensity per MW fell another 4%, continuing multi-year efficiency gains.

Social

Female workforce representation increased to 47%, supported by diversity initiatives and workplace campaigns. Supplier responsibility programs expanded, and full social security coverage was ensured for employees at new facilities, including rigorous compliance checks for all local partners.

Governance

Sunova completed comprehensive ISO and IEC internal audits and conducted a cybersecurity emergency drill to strengthen IT readiness. R&D investment rose to nearly 4% of annual revenue, reinforcing innovation and compliance leadership.
