To ensure meeting all relevant criteria we have set-up a stringent quality control process starting from the materials used and supplier selection and qualification, the manufacturing process to the overall design of the panels.
Quality and compliance
We believe quality is built into the process, not added at the end - that is why we use automated manufacturing and inspection systems designed to keep output consistent from batch to batch.
Each module undergoes electroluminescence inspection as part of quality control, including a 100% triple EL inspection, which is used to significantly reduce the risk of microcracks and other cell-level defects that are difficult to detect with visual checks alone.
EL inspection is a widely used non-destructive method in the PV industry to reveal microcracks and hidden damage patterns before modules ship.
Performance
As the efficiency of a solar panel directly impacts the amount of electricity a module can generate per unit of surface area, we offer high efficiency modules in PERC and N-type technology. These will allow you to make the most of the available space.
Durability
Solar panels are exposed to a range of environmental factors, including temperature fluctuations, moisture, and UV radiation. Therefore, Sunova Solar’s high-quality solar panels are designed to withstand these conditions and maintain their performance over time.
